Privacy PolicyLast updated: October 14, 2025

iMedia One LLC (“iMedia One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information we collect on imedia1.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

This Policy also explains, at a high level, how we handle data as a service provider when managing marketing programs (SEO, PPC, analytics, and WordPress support) for our clients.

If you have questions, contact us at [email protected] and 2438 Industrial Blvd #1054, Abilene, TX 79605.

1) Scope

  • This Policy covers visitors to our Site, people who submit forms (e.g., Get a Proposal), and people who communicate with us (email, phone, meetings).

  • When we provide services to our clients, we usually act as a processor/service provider. In those cases, our clients’ privacy policies govern end-user data; we process it under our contract and applicable data-protection laws.

2) Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details (name, email, phone, company, website).

  • Project details (goals, locations, budget range, services of interest).

  • Messages and files you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data & device info (IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer/UTM parameters such as utm_source, gclid, msclkid, fbclid; browser/device type).

  • Cookies and similar tech for preferences, analytics/measurement, spam prevention, and attribution.

  • Server logs and security signals (e.g., via Cloudflare).

Information from third parties

  • Analytics & call tracking (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CallRail).

  • Advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) with aggregated or pseudonymous data.

  • Public and social profiles you link to or that are necessary to deliver services.

3) How we use information

  • Provide and improve the Site (troubleshoot, secure, measure performance).

  • Respond to inquiries and provide proposals.

  • Deliver services (SEO/PPC/Analytics/WordPress support), including implementation, reporting, and optimization.

  • Attribution and measurement (connect visits, calls, and forms to campaigns and content).

  • Security and fraud prevention (spam filtering, abuse detection).

  • Legal compliance (record-keeping, responding to lawful requests).

  • With your consent where required (e.g., certain cookies or marketing).

4) Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process personal data based on: legitimate interests (running and securing our Site, answering inquiries, measurement); contract (to deliver services you request); consent (for non-essential cookies/marketing); and legal obligations.

5) How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, call tracking, email, CRM, payment processors) under contract.

  • Advertising/measurement partners (e.g., Google, Microsoft) to attribute results or run campaigns.

  • Clients (when we act as their processor/service provider).

  • Legal & safety: to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security.

  • Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

Some sharing on our Site may be considered “sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising” under California law; see Your privacy choices below.

6) Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and scripts to:

  • Remember preferences and improve the Site experience.

  • Run analytics (GA4/Tag Manager).

  • Provide attribution (e.g., Lead Source Tracking Pro stores UTM parameters and click IDs like gclid in a cookie and passes them into forms).

  • Support Consent Mode v2, which adjusts measurement based on your choices.

  • Prevent spam and abuse (e.g., reCAPTCHA).

You can manage cookies via your browser or our cookie banner/preferences. Blocking some cookies may limit functionality.

7) Advertising & analytics partners

  • Google Analytics 4 (with IP masking/configuration available).

  • Google Ads & Microsoft Ads for campaign measurement and optimization.

  • CallRail for call tracking/recording and attribution (see Communications below).

We configure these tools to focus on measurement for leads and booked jobs, not the collection of unnecessary personal data.

8) Communications (calls, texts, emails)

  • Call tracking and recording: When you call numbers we publish for tracking, the call may be recorded and associated with campaign data (duration, time, source). We use this to assess lead quality and coach service improvements.

  • Text messaging: If you opt in to receive text messages (e.g., scheduling), you can opt out at any time.

  • Emails: We keep business communications and proposals for record-keeping and service delivery.

9) Data retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law/contract. Actual retention periods vary by data type (for example, proposals, contracts, invoices, and account records may be retained longer than routine analytics logs). If you need specifics, contact us.

10) Your privacy choices & rights

Cookie/measurement choices: Use the cookie banner/preferences on our Site or your browser settings to control non-essential cookies and Consent Mode.

Marketing: You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link; we’ll still send transactional notices.

Do Not Sell/Share (California): If applicable, you can opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising via our Privacy Choices link (e.g., “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”).

Access, deletion, correction (EEA/UK/California and others): You may have the right to request access, deletion, correction, portability, or restriction of your personal information and to object to certain processing.

To exercise rights, contact [email protected] and include your name, your relationship to us, and the request. We may verify your identity. You can also use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

11) Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., HTTPS, reputable hosting, role-based access, backups, minimal data collection). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

12) International data transfers

We are a U.S. company. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may not offer the same level of protection. When required, we use appropriate safeguards.

13) Children’s privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by your local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14) Third-party links

Our Site may link to third-party websites/apps. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before providing personal information.

15) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, if changes are material, we’ll provide additional notice as required.
